PFA – perfluorochemical copolymer, similar to PTFE by the properties, but have as distinct from PTFE the ability to be processed from melt. PFA excel PTFE in mechanical strength at high temperatures and in radiation resistance, at the same time is not inferior by chemical resistance, dielectric properties, has wide range of operating temperature (from -196°C to +260°C). Besides PFA elastic, resistance to multiple folds, but at the same time has no cold flow. Excellent dielectric properties and high processing manufacturability making PFA irreplaceable material for producing injection molding products.
